This is a FREE MINI COURSE on how to prep the body safely for arm balances. Arm balances benefits the body with strength, stress relief, releasing toxins, confidence boost, and rejuvenates the skin health and tone the body. No experience in yoga is necessary here.

In this mini course we will focus on building up to Crow Pose in Yoga also known as the Frog stand Pose in Calisthenics.
