EIGHT ANGLE POSE!!!

Eight Angle Pose also known as Astavakrasana. This asana is consider to be an advance arm balance instead of an intermediate one.

Benefits: Helps build concentration of balance, helps strengthen the mind body connection, strengthens wrists, arms, and abdominal muscles, menstrual disorders and menopausal symptoms are appeased.

This pose is intimidating but if you working on building the progressions from previous tutorials up until now you will eventually get it. Note:You can use a bolster to rest the and glutes.
